Here you will find a short list of some of the more popular honey varieties. The list is in no way complete, and if you have others to add, please let me know.
Also, here is the beginnings of my own “life list.” I’ve tried to record my impressions of each, although I’m inept at describing flavors. It will take me a while to catch up on those I’ve tasted in the past, so be patient. This is a work in progress.
I’m also including a “wish list” in the hopes that someone might know where I can find these varieties for sale.
